The SIERA Academy, as the educational division of EUTECH GmbH, stands for demand-driven, participant-oriented, and labor-market-focused training programs that ensure high professional quality and a holistic qualification approach. Our educational offerings are consistently aligned with the current labor market situation and are continuously further developed to sustainably improve participants’ employability and support their integration into the primary labor market.

Customer and Labor Market Orientation

Our actions are consistently customer-oriented. We consider participants, companies, employment agencies, job centers, cooperation partners, and employees as our customers. We view participants as active partners in the qualification process. The SIERA Academy acts as an interface between participants, labor market stakeholders, and the companies of the SIERA Alliance in order to offer qualifications that take into account both individual career prospects and the concrete skilled labor needs of the labor market.

Quality Management and Continuous Improvement

The quality management of the SIERA Academy is systematically structured and aligned with the requirements of AZAV. All quality-relevant processes are planned, controlled, monitored, and documented based on the QM manual. We understand quality as an ongoing process that is continuously improved through regular evaluations, internal audits, feedback processes, and management reviews.

The SIERA Academy employs qualified personnel in management, administration, and educational programs. Our instructors possess solid professional qualifications and strong practical expertise.

Participant Orientation, Transparency, and Communication

We are committed to transparent and comprehensible communication regarding the objectives, content, prerequisites, duration, location, costs, and qualifications of our programs. Participants receive meaningful certificates of attendance or completion.
Our mission statement is communicated to all employees, particularly through regular onboarding courses, regularly reflected upon, and reviewed at least once a year as part of the management review.
